Orders within the Netherlands are handled by PostNL or DHL. Your order (when in stock) wil be shipped within one day, except on holidays. For delivery times outside of The Netherlands check the information below.
Articles that are not in stock are usually shipped within 2 or 3 working days. When articles are not in stock we will inform you about a longer delivery time.
Standard delivery costs within The Netherlands are € 4,95. Orders of € 49,61 or above are shipped for free.
When you only purchase ink cartridges, converters of refills you only pay €2,50 in shipping costs.
For destinations outside of the Netherlands we charge the following shipping costs:

EUR2: all other European countries (excl. Russia).
World: all other countries (incl. Russia).
Please note that all import duties are to pay for by the customer.
It is possible to return your bought articles on a few conditions. All products must still be in the original and unopened packaging and must not be damaged in any way. If you wish to return your product(s), please do so within 14 working days and include the original invoice. Also please fill out the back of the invoice with the reason why you are returning your product(s) and your bank account for the refund.
Note that the shipping costs for returning the item will be yours.
