Returning pens

After receiving your purchase, you can send it back within 30 days. You must return the purchase to us within 30 days after notification that you have canceled your purchase. Please inform us about the reason of return, so that we know how to handle it after it comes in. If desired, you can download the European model form via this link to use your right of withdrawal, but we will also process your return if you do not use this form.

If your return shipment reaches us in a damaged condition, we have the right to charge compensation for this. This will then be deducted from the refund of the purchase amount.
 

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive back the full amount that you have paid for the returned goods, within 30 days of being notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back.

The costs for returning the goods will be on your expense. In case there are custom fees and taxes involved, those will be deducted from the refund that you are going to receive.
