A new addition to the ink collection by Jacques Herbin. This Parisian company celebrates the rich and adventurous life of the sailor Jacques Herbin.
"Nude" is the newest color in their collection. This bottle contains 50ml ink.
The 1670 Collection celebrates the rich life and adventures of J. Herbin, an enterprising French sailor of the mid-17th century.
While he was in the employ of the Compagnie des Indes Orientales, he made a number of voyages to India, collecting ingredients and formulas for his sealing wax and inks.
This new ink by Jacques Herbin is the latest addition to the 1798 collection. This limited edition is named after a mineral mostly found in Nepal, named Kyanite. The colour is deep blue and the ink is complemented with a beautiful silver shimmer. The bottle contains 50 milliliters of ink.
"Amethyste De L'Oural" is the first ink in the new Jacques Herbin 1798 Inks Collection.
1798 commemorates a special year in the history of Herbin, and a turning point in the history of France.
"Amethyste" is a deep rich purple in the velvety hue of a rare gemstone. A silver mist provides a lustrous shimmering effect.
"Amethyste De L'Oural" suggests the color of royalty. This ancient gemstone from the gates of Asia was prized for its calming, meditative and lucid dreaming qualities.
To celebrate the 350th anniversary of J. Herbin, they have once again produced the first inks that they ever made. This special collection consists of 5 different colors, which are the following:
- Perle Noire; (black)
- Bleu Myosotis; (blue)
- Vert Reseda; (green)
- Violette Pensee; (violet purple)
- Rouge Caroubier. (red)
This set consists of all the colors, mentioned above.The bottles in this set contain 10 milliliters each. The inks are also available in bigger bottles, which contain 500ml!
